Earlier this month, Century Communities opened their newest community at Candelas in Arvada, Colo.
This new master planned community is receiving an overwhelming amount of press, including an article featured in Builder Magazine, talking about the community's "live forward" attitude. Our very own Paul Brady, part of the design team, is quoted as saying, "Century was looking for something different for an area that’s a bit more progressive-leaning” in terms of what first-time and move-up home buyers want.
