Celebrating 25 Years

Today marks a milestone in Godden|Sudik Architects' history; today GSA turns 25! We truly owe our success to the wonderful staff, clients, and consultants that have helped us grow over the past 25 years. Thinking back to all the projects we have been a part of, we honestly could not have done it on our own, and we will forever be grateful for all the meaningful relationships we have developed along the way. After countless completed projects, and plenty of national and local awards, it's the people we have met who have inspired us to keep doing what we do. MAME Award Winners Announced:

Godden Sudik Brings Home THREE, Including Detached Home of the Year!

 

 

It was another great night for Godden Sudik Architects Saturday, October 3rd, at the annual Marketing and Merchandising Excellence (MAME) Awards.  Presented by the Sales & Marketing Council and HBA of Metro Denver the MAME Awards honor the top achievers in the new home industry. These awards are presented to those who set the standard of excellence in the Denver homebuilding industry and we could not be more proud to be part of such a prestigious group of winners. We would like to offer our congratulations to all MAME winners and in particular to Berkeley Homes, Harrison Custom Homes, and Possibilities for Design who shared three awards with us. And our winners are:

Best Architectural Design of a Detached Home 2,200-2,600 sq ft.

NorthSky Makes the July Cover of Professional Builder!!!

Gold Nugget Awards of Merit Announced

NorthSky wins in two categories!

Gold Nugget Awards of Merit have just been announced and both the 5010 and 5040 plans at NorthSky are winners! Built by Berkeley Homes in collaboration with Harvard Communities with beautiful interiors by Ellis Hays Designs, NorthSky has been impressing both local and national judges since its opening last June. North Sky Wins Three MAME Awards!

 

Godden Sudik Architects together with Berkeley Homes and Harvard Communities brought home three MAME Awards!  NorthSky stole the show winning not only Best Architectural Design of a Model- Detached Home - 2,201-2,600 but also Detached Home of the Year and the prestigious Project of the Year. We are so proud of this project and would like to thank everyone who helped make it the award winner that it is!

The 5040 @ NorthSky for Berkeley Homes & Harvard Communities is up for two awards.

Presented by the Sales & Marketing Council and HBA of Metro Denver.
The Marketing and Merchandising Excellence (MAME) Awards honor the top achievers
in the new home industry.  Awards are comprised of marketing, sales, interior design,
architectural and builder awards.  These awards are presented to those who set the
standard of excellence in the Denver home building industry. Winner will be announced at the MAME Awards this Saturday, October 4th, downtown at the Seawell Grand Ballroom @ The Denver Center for Performing Arts.
