Looking For Something New In Flooring?

Bolefloor is the world’s first industrial-scale manufactured hardwood flooring with naturally curved lengths that follow a tree’s natural growth. These beautiful one-of-a-kind floors add stunning visual interest to any space, and up until now, unique floors like these have only been available from  a few dedicated craftsmen. Seven Deadly Sins

One of our blog post from several weeks ago about "master" bedrooms becoming "owner's" bedrooms got us thinking about our local market and what builders and architects are calling the "master" and other spaces here in Denver. We found several designers taking a more literal approach and calling  bedrooms "sleep" or "dream" and other rooms, such as the kitchen, simply "cook." Scott Sudik, one of our principals here at Godden|Sudik,  likes to call  what could traditionally be referred to as an "outdoor living room"  a "Colorado Room" and the entry off the garage an "owner's entry."

With all these liberties taken, we thought we would have a little fun with this idea of "re-naming" spaces and have one of our architects try to use the Seven Deadly Sins to call out rooms on a floor plan. See what Rick Sall , one of our designers,  came up with below!
