Stapleton Villas Open!!!

Recently, Godden|Sudik Architects completed work on the Stapleton Villas town homes at Stapleton, Colorado. The community features three different floor plans, ranging from 1,239 to 1,590 sqft., 2-car garages and open floor plans. With the starting price set at $232,950, only 27 of the 49 town homes being offered by Century Communities are still available.
